Dr. Y. Nissee Neelima Raj is a seasoned Neurological Physiotherapy Specialist with over 15 years of experience in clinical and academic settings. She is the Founder and Chief Consultant of Relaunch Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre, providing advanced care for neuro, ortho, pediatric, geriatric, and sports-related conditions. As an Associate Professor at Shadan College of Physiotherapy, she is committed to education and research, with three internationally published scientific articles. Her core expertise includes stroke rehab, neuroplasticity, and motor recovery techniques. Dr. Neelima is also the District Head of the IAP Women Cell (Rangareddy, Telangana) and an active member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapy.
